I teach Ayurvedic lessons about the concepts of Traditional & Healing science of Ayurveda.

I am a scholar and passionate of Ayurveda hailing from the traditional land of Ayurveda, Kerala, India. I am practicing Ayurveda since 2008.

The main areas covered in my lessons are:

• Basic concepts of Ayurveda such as Tridosha, Panchabhootha, sapthadhathus, Trimalas, Agni etc
• The concepts of Gunas, Veerya, Vipaka, Karma, Mode of Actions of herbs etc.
• Various Ayurvedic preparations, Various Therapies in Ayurveda etc.

NB: If anyone wants to know or learn more about Ayurveda, more comprehensive/advanced learning sessions will be conducted.
